Account Deletion Request
You can delete your Kasbny account and the data tied to it at any time. There are two ways.
From inside the app
This is the fastest, and it happens immediately.
- 1 Open the Kasbny app and sign in.
- 2 Go to My Account.
- 3 Choose Delete Account.
- 4 Confirm with your password.
Or by asking us
If you have already removed the app or cannot sign in, send us a request from the email address or phone number registered with Kasbny stating that you want your account deleted. We reply within 14 business days.

When deletion does not happen right away
There are four cases, each with something that clears it, and the app tells you which one you hit:
- Your wallet still holds a balance, so withdraw it first rather than lose it.
- An amount is held against a payment that has not closed yet, so wait for it to release.
- You have a store trading on the platform, so close it first.
- The password is wrong, so enter it again.
What is deleted and what stays
Deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, and photo.
- Your devices registered for notifications.
- Your ratings and reviews.
- Your preferences and app settings.
Kept
- Financial ledger entries, with nothing that identifies you, because accounting law requires a record of transactions be kept.
- Anything the law or a regulator requires be held for a set period.
What stays is not used to identify you or to contact you, and it is erased once the period the law requires has passed.
How long it takes
Deletion from the app is immediate. A request sent to us is carried out within 14 business days of verifying who you are.
